Seamless Honed Tubes
High-precision tubes made from ordinary hot-rolled or cold-rolled seamless steel tubes as the base material, through a honing process to refine the inner bore. Retaining the seamless tube’s basic characteristics of no weld seams and high pressure resistance, they meet the needs of most general applications and are widely used in general hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic systems for engineering machinery, and medium- and low-pressure fluid transportation. They are one of the most commonly used types of honed tubes in industrial production.
Precision Honed Tubes
Ultra-high precision tubes made from precision cold-drawn or cold-rolled seamless tubes as the blank material, through a CNC high-precision honing process. They are mainly used in servo cylinders, precision hydraulic systems, aerospace components, high-end machine tools, and automotive shock absorbers—fields with extremely high precision requirements.
Stainless Steel Honed Tubes
Honed stainless steel tubes are made from seamless stainless steel tubes such as 304 and 316L through professional honing. They offer significant advantages in specific applications, primarily in food machinery, medical equipment, chemical pipelines, marine equipment, and hydraulic systems for transporting corrosive fluids such as seawater.
